রসুন খাবার নিয়ম.Garlic Eating Rules.  রসুন খাবার নিয়মঃ (1) ঘিয়ে বা তেলে ভেজে শাক কিংবা তরকারীর সাথে খাওয়া যায়। (2) আটা বা ময়দার সাথে রসুন বেটে রুটি বা লুচি করে খাওয়া যায়। (3) ছাতুর সাথে রসুন বাটা খাওয়া যায়। (4) গরম দুধের সাথে রসুন বাটা খাওয়া যায়। (5) কাঁচা রসুন বা রসুন সিদ্ধ করে আহারের প্রথম গ্রাসের সাথে খাওয়া যায়। রসুনের দুর্গন্ধ দূর করার উপায়ঃ রসুনের খোসা ছাড়িয়ে টুকরো করে টক দইয়ের মধ‍্যে ডুবিয়ে রেখে পরের দিন খাবার আগে জলে ধুয়ে নিয়ে খেলে গন্ধ লাগবে না ও খাদ‍্যগুন বজায় থাকবে। বিভিন্ন রোগে রোগে রসুনের ব‍্যবহারঃ Use Of Garlic In Different Rages:- (1) বাতের বেদনায়--প্রতিদিন 1 কোয়া রসুন গরম ভাতের সঙ্গে চিবিয়ে খেতে হবে। এছাড়া 50 গ্রাম সরষের তেলে 10 কোয়া রসুন ভেজে সেই তেল দিনে দুবার করে মালিশ করতে হবে আক্রান্ত  যায়গায়। (2) অকালবাদ্ধক‍্য রোগ-- প্রতিদিন 2 কোয়া করে রসুন ভেজে বা বেটে তরকারীর সাথে বা আটার, ময়দা, ছাতুর সাথে মিশিয়ে খেতে হবে। (3) যৌবনশক্তি ধরে রাখার জন‍্য-- প্রতিদিন 2 চামচ আমলকির রস এবং 2 কোয়া রসুন বাটা মিশিয়ে খেতে হবে অন্তত দুই মাস। এই ব‍্যবস্থা স্ত্রী ও প...
